IDEA (Institute of Environmental Studies) of the Colombian National University and Earth Charter Affiliate, has organized a course for postgraduate studies about Environmental Education and Sustainability for this semester (July 1 to August 22) and has devoted a whole module on the Earth Charter. In fact the Earth Charter is used as framework for this module.
The main goal of the course is to contribute with the basic conceptual and methodological elements of Environmental Education and complement the professional formation of the participants for them to participate in interdisciplinary teams in processes of design, elaboration and implementation of Environmental Education and Sustainability.
The teaching team is composed of Professors from the National University of Colombia as well as professionals formed at the highest level of undergraduate and graduate studies with experience in teaching and research on Environmental Sciences and Environmental Education.
