On October 13th 2011, the ECI Secretariat hosted a workshop led by Stephanie Tansey on dialogue and communication skills to promote sustainability.
Stephanie Tansey is a longtime supporter of the Earth Charter and Director of a self organized initiative called Earth Charter Communities network. In this session, she explained some of the principles she has been using to share the Earth Charter message in Turkmenistan, Israel, Nigeria, and now in China. In her opinion, the methodologies she uses are very effective to promote dialogue and communications skills.
More than 50 participants from all regions of the world participated in this online workshop. The interaction between participants during the session was very high, something that many of them highlighted as very positive.
