Seeds of Change exhibition is part of a Sustainability and Arts week in Sao Paulo

SEEDS OF CHANGE: THE EARTH CHARTER AND THE HUMAN POTENTIAL EXHIBITION
IS PART OF THE INOVATIVE VIRADA SUSTENTÁVEL SUSTAINABILITY AND ARTS EVENT THAT HAPPENS IN JUNE IN SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL

The exposition Seeds of Change: The Earth Charter and the Human Potential jointly created between Soka Gakkai International (SGI) and Earth Charter International is part of an innovative cultural initiative towards sustainability named Virada Sustentável (Sustainable Turn around) happening during the first week of June in São Paulo, Brazil. The 30 large panels of the exposition will be displayed on the main corridor of Conjunto Nacional Shopping Mall located in one of the busiest and most famous avenues of the city, Av. Paulista, from June 2nd to June 10th.

Virada Sustentável happens right around the week of The World Environmental Day (June 6th) and aims to raise public awareness on the need for a sustainable planet through arts and culture. Approximately 300 cultural events that promote sustainability will happen simultaneously and for free in 60 different venues of São Paulo.

The Earth Charter/SGI exposition is having the opportunity to inspire approximately 450,000 people projected to circulate in the area during those days. This initiative is being promoted across the Brazilian media and The Earth Charter/SGI exposition have been mentioned on multiple news stories, sites and blogs that covers arts and environment. SGI – Brazil assisted the process of putting this effort together.
