The “Seeds of Change – The Earth Charter and the Humane Potential” exhibition from SGI (Soka Gakkai International) was presented at UMAPAZ (Open University of Environment and a Culture of Peace) in the Park Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil on May 20, 2010 as part of the EC+10 and Environmental International Day celebrations. The event counted with the presence of Eduardo Jorge, Secretary of Environment of the City of Sao Paulo, among other personalities and had the visit of more than 500 in its three-day exhibition.
This exposition was presented for the first time by the Earth Charter Initiative and SGI at the World Conference for Development and Environment in 2002 in Johannesburg.
The next assemblage of the exhibition is due for the month of October in the city of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso del Sur, Brazil.
