“Since education has been recognised as an important tool in developing human capacity, this research looked at implementation of education as a tool for sustainable development. It looked at the case of a material elaborated by the Earth Charter and its partners, which was distributed in some primary schools in Costa Rica. This research evaluated the use of this material in a sample of schools in different areas of the country.
