Earth Charter International welcomes Chloé Bernardino to the Earth Charter Council, recognizing her commitment as an enthusiastic change-maker, dedicated to facilitating empowerment towards inner transformation and collective action for a just and ecological world.
Chloé studied International Relations in France as well as Development Studies and Diplomacy in Costa Rica. She also took part in the Leadership, Sustainability, and Ethics course, through which she became an Earth Charter Young Leader, strengthening her vocation for ethical and transformative leadership.
Her journey reflects a passion for building bridges between worlds and cultures, fostering dialogue and collaboration from a critical and transformative perspective. Motivated by a constant curiosity to learn from and with others, Chloé questions systems, processes, structures, and power dynamics, convinced that what remains invisible cannot be deconstructed. Her work seeks precisely to make the invisible visible, shed light on what needs transformation, and plant new seeds of collective change.
Inspired by the values of the Earth Charter, Chloé integrates these principles into her academic, organizational, and personal endeavors. Her vision is to accompany and strengthen processes that recognize our interdependence and cultivate the shared responsibility of building a more just, caring, and sustainable future.
