New Earth Charter Action Groups!

Following the decentralization for scaling up policy, the Earth Charter International started a campaign to invite individuals interested in promoting the Earth Charter to create action groups in their field of interest.  These action groups would define strategies to spread the word about the Earth Charter in a decentralized way, that is, without any coordination from EC International.
