Earth Charter Action Project Platform
1%CLUB partners with the Earth Charter International and has created an Earth Charter Action Project Platform where Earth Charter inspired projects can seek for support. Several Earth Charter Youth Groups have already taken this opportunity and sent their project proposals to 1%CLUB. You can see and support them here.
One of the project presenters is Godfred Nana Asiedu Opoku, Earth Charter Youth Group coordinator from Ghana. The project is called “Strengthening Youth leadership in Kumasi, Ghana”. The aim of the project is to strengthen youth leadership on sustainable development using the Earth Charter as a tool for change.
This project has received already 2060 euros out of needed 3700 euros. Godfred tells that he has been advertising his project to all of his friends and contacts abroad. This is highly encouraged form of activity!
