Telephone numbers in Costa Rica have changed

 Please note that for land numbers in Costa Rica you must now add a 2 at the beginning of the telephone number and an 8 if it is a mobile phone. Therefore, the numbers for the Earth Charter International Secretariat and the Earth Charter Center of Education for Sustainable Development at UPEACE have changed to the following:
