Mr. Silas Victory Chibueze is a Nigerian. He graduated from Niger Delta University Wilberforce Island Bayelsa state from the department of History and Diplomacy. He is currently a History teacher and a Dean of Studies in Mother Paul Offia Memorial Boys Secondary School in Azia, Nigeria. He is a former instructor with Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB). Mr. Victory has a great passion for International Politics which has led him to direct his interest in advocating for sustainability, especially in our surroundings (Earth). He has been engaged in several volunteer programmes relating to Education and the total wellbeing of youth. Currently, he is a member of Earth Charter Young Leaders.
