Berlays Obando Velásquez, 25 years old, studied Business Management from the University of Costa Rica. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. During her time as a university student, she participated in university and community management projects. She assumed the position of president in the Association of Business Management students (2016-2017). Active participation with the Council of Venues and Venues of the UCR (2017-2018). She has been part of the Rotaract Limón Club since 2018 and in 2019 she assumed the position of president.
She has a great commitment and passion with the projects in which she participates and coordinates. Berlays strongly believes in learning spaces, as well as that young people shape the present.
